Affiliate terms

What you are paid on

Commission is a share of what the customer actually pays us for their plan, after discounts and taxes — not of the list price. A Sovasta account covers every solution, so you are paid on the plan, whichever solution your link pointed at.

Rates and durations by tier are shown on the front page and are the ones the system uses. If that page and a payment ever disagree, the payment is wrong and we will correct it.

When credit is given

A click is remembered for 90 days. If someone clicks two affiliates' links within that window, the most recent one is credited. We keep a record of the first one as well, so a dispute can be looked at rather than guessed about.

When it is taken back

If a payment is refunded, the commission on it is reversed in proportion. We never reverse more than was paid to you for that charge. Chargebacks are treated the same way.

Referring yourself

Signing up through your own link is a discount, not a commission, and is not paid. Where signals suggest a connection — the same payment method, say — the referral is held for a person to look at rather than rejected automatically. Families share cards, and we would rather ask than accuse.

What we do not promise

We publish no average earning, no typical conversion rate, and no comparison with other programmes. We have not measured those. The calculator on the front page uses numbers you enter, and it shows those numbers back to you alongside the result for exactly that reason.

Nothing here is a guarantee of income.

How you may promote

Please do not bid on our brand names in paid search, send unsolicited bulk email, use cookie stuffing or forced clicks, or describe Sovasta as doing something it does not do. Misrepresenting the product costs us a customer and you a commission.

We may end an account for these, and we will say which one and show the evidence.

Payment

Commission becomes payable once the refund window on the underlying charge has closed. Details of payout timing and minimums will be stated here before the first payout is due; until then nothing is owed because nothing is being counted.
